Constant Velocity (CV) Joints and Boots

  • CV Joint

    Composed of ball cages, steel balls, inner races, outer races, and boots, the CV joint is filled with lubricating grease. It is typically made of aluminum alloy, while steel is available for heavy-duty vehicle applications. Material customization is supported.

  • Inner CV Joint

    Damage or loosening of the inner CV joint will cause lubricant leakage and contaminant ingress, leading to rust and wear. Our inner CV joints ensure smooth operation of lubricated components.

  • CV Boot

    Connected to the transfer case, CV boots enhance transmission speed, optimize gear shifting, and ensure stable power transfer. We offer front-axle, rear-axle, and mid-axle boots, with all-season variants compatible with most vehicle models.
